【摘要】 目的探索安庆市结核病控制工作综合评价方法。方法用TOPSIS法结合RSR法拓展对2010年的安庆市9个县(市、区)结核病控制工作进行综合评价。结果应用TOPSIS法得出综合评价位次排在前3位的分别为:望江县、岳西县、枞阳县,排在倒数后3位的分别为:桐城市、市辖区、宿松县;应用RSR法综合评价方法将各地结果分为3档,工作好的是望江县、岳西县,差的是宿松县,评价结果符合客观实际工作,且优于单指标评价。结论应用TOPSIS法结合RSR法能够比单一指标更加客观、合理地反映各地的结核病控制工作实际情况,值得在结核病等传染病控制工作综合评价中应用。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective To determine the indices and method for the comprehensive evaluation on tuberculosis control of all counties in Anqing city.Methods TOPSIS combined with RSR was applied to evaluate tuberculosis control in 9 counties of Anqing prefecture in 2010.Results The first three counties ranked by comprehensive evaluations based on TOPSIS were Wangjiang,Yuexi and Zongyang,while the last three counties were Tongcheng,municipal districts and Susong.Counties ranked by comprehensive evaluations based on RSR were divided into 3 groups: Wangjiang and Yuexi were in good group,while Susong were in poor group.The comprehensive evaluation was consistent with actual work and better indices for evaluation purposes than the single index.Conclusion TOPSIS combined with RSR is more objective and reasonable than one index sign to reflect the real situation of tuberculosis control,and is suitable for comprehensive evaluation of tuberculosis and other infectious diseases control.更多还原
