【摘要】 目的了解蚌埠市初中生的心理健康状况,为心理健康教育干预措施的制订提供科学依据。方法采用症状自评量表(SCL-90)对学生素质接近全市平均水平的蚌埠市第三十一中学七年级测查,有效样本306份。结果学生SCL-90平均分为158.87±45.21。总均分为1.76±0.51,阳性项目数39.20±1.73。306例学生SCL-90各因子分及总均分与常模组比较显示其总分及9个因子(不含"其他"因子)中躯体化、强迫、抑郁、焦虑、偏执、人际关系敏感、恐怖和精神病性的8个因子的分值均较全国常模分值高,并且差异有统计学意义(P<0.01)。敌对分值亦较常模高,但差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论蚌埠市初中生心理健康状况须引起高度重视,应在健康促进的理论指导下,对蚌埠市初中学生进行适当的心理健康教育干预。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective To understand the mental health status of middle school students in Bengbu,and provide evidence for developing the intervention measures of mental health education.Methods The symptom check list 90(SCL-90) were used to measure the students′ mental quality in grade seven of Bengbu municipal 31st middle school which the students′ mental quality was close to the city’s average.There were 306 effective samples.Results The results of SCL-90 showed that the average score of students was 158.87±45.21.The total average score was 1.76±0.51,and the score of positive items was 39.20±1.73.Compared with national normal group,somatization,enforced,anxiety,depression,paranoia,interpersonal sensitivity,terror and psychotic 8 factor scores among the total score and nine factors score of SCL-90 were all higher in 306 students than in national normal group,and there were significant differences(P<0.01).Hostile scores were also higher than norm,but the difference was not significant(P>0.05).Conclusion Mental health status of middle school students in Bengbu city must be paid great importance,and we should take some appropriate intervention measures on mental health education for middle school students in Bengbu city,under the guidance of health promotion.更多还原
