【摘要】 目的:探讨剖宫产术后拔除留置尿管的不同时机对排尿的影响。方法:将200例剖宫产术后留置尿管的产妇随机分组,实验组在膀胱充盈时拔管,对照组在膀胱空虚时拔管,观察拔管后第1次排尿量,排尿是否需要诱导。结果:两组患者排尿量无明显差异(P>0.05),实验组自然排尿成功率明显高于对照组(P<0.01)。结论:膀胱充盈时拔管比膀胱空虚拔管效果更佳。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective:To investigate how the different moment of removing indwelling catheter after cesarean section affect urination.Method:Randomize 200 cases of maternal cesarean section with indwelling catheter.The experimental group adopt extubation when the bladder is full while the control group choose the time when the bladder is empty,to observe the urination volume at first time and whether the induction of urination is required or not after extubation.Result: The micturition volume of the two groups showed no significant difference(P>0.05) while the natural urination success rate of experimental group was higher than that of control group(P<0.01).Conclusion: It is better to extubate when bladder is full than when bladder is empty.更多还原
