【摘要】 目的:探讨AO锁骨钩钢板(CHP)治疗新鲜TossyⅢ型肩锁关节脱位的临床应用价值。方法:采用CHP治疗新鲜TossyⅢ型肩锁关节脱位32例,其中男25例,女7例;年龄20~65岁,平均44.2岁;左肩14例,右肩18例。受伤至手术治疗时间为2~16d。结果:32例随访6～20个月。术后仅3例患者出现不同程度肩关节疼痛伴活动受限,取出钢板后功能锻炼,症状消失、关节功能恢复良好。随访无内固定松动、钢板断裂、肩锁关节再脱位等并发症发生。按Karlsson疗效评价标准,优23例,良8例,差l例,优良率97%。结论:CHP治疗新鲜TossyⅢ型肩锁关节脱位具有操作简便、创伤小、术中出血少以及可以早期功能锻炼等优点,远期临床疗效满意。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective:To investigate the clinical results of AO clavicular hook plate(CHP) for the treatment of fresh Tossy typeⅢ acromioclavicular joint dislocation.Methods: Thirty two cases of fresh Tossy typeⅢ acromioclavicular joint dislocation were treated with CHP.There were 25 males and 7 females.14 patients were left,and 18 cases were right.The age ranged,20 to 65 year.The time from suffering injuries to the operation was 2 to 16 days.Results: Thirty two cases were followed up from 6 to 20 months.Three cases who suffered from pain and dysfunction of the shoulder joint were completely recovered after the CHPs were taken out.No case of implant loosening,refracture or redislocation was found.According to the Karlsson scoring system,23 excellent,8 good and 1 fair was obtained.The excellent and good rate was 97%.Conclusion: Clavicular hook plate used for the fresh Tossy typeⅢ acromioclavicular joint dislocation has advantages such us simple operation,little wound,less blood loss and early exercises.更多还原
