【摘要】 目的:提高绝经后取出宫内节育器成功率,减轻绝经后妇女取器时的痛苦,预防绝经后取器并发症的发生。方法:52例绝经后妇女口服戊酸雌二醇2mg,2次/日,共3天后取器。结果:52例患者均在常规取器下顺利取出。结论:绝经后妇女口服戊酸雌二醇后取器,可明显减少患者取器时的痛苦,提高取器成功率。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective: To increase the postmenopausal women’s IUD removing success rate,and relieve the pain caused by the IUD removing,together with the prevention of the occurrence of complications in postmenopausal women’sIUD removing.Method: All postmenopausal women of 52 cases are taking oral estradiol valerate 2mg,2 times a day within 3 days in total.Results: All IUDs are removed successfully under common conditions Conclusion: after oral administration of estradiol valerate in postmenopausal women’s IUD removing,the pain caused by the removing can be obviously relieved,and the success rate is also significantly improved.更多还原
