【摘要】 目的:观察复方利多卡因乳膏用于减少全麻患者留置尿管所致苏醒期间躁动的效果。方法:全麻下行泌尿外科手术的男性患者120例,随机分为两组,均在麻醉后留置尿管,观察组60例用复方利多卡因乳膏润滑尿管,对照组60例用液体石蜡润滑尿管。观察并比较两组患者苏醒期心率、平均动脉压的变化,并记录麻醉苏醒期患者的躁动情况。结果:观察组苏醒期躁动发生率低于对照组(P<0.05),血压、心率更平稳。结论:复方利多卡因乳膏涂抹尿管后再行导尿,能减轻全麻患者苏醒期间因尿管刺激而引起的躁动,提高了麻醉复苏质量。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective:To investigate the efficacy of compound lidocaine cream for catheter related bladder discomfort(CRBD) on the patients during recovery period of general anesthesia.Methods:120 male patients received general anesthesia undergoing urinary surgery,were randomly divided into 2 groups(n=60):the catheter were put into all the patients urethra after anesthesia,compound lidocaine cream was daubed on the catheters’ surface in the experimental group,and paraffin oil was daubed on the catheters’ surface in the control group.Investigate and compare the heart rate(HR) and the change of mean artery pressure(MAP) between the two groups,and the grade of emergence agitation were recorded.Results:Compared with the control group,the grade of emergence agitation decreased in the experimental group(P<0.05),and the HR and MAP were more steady.Conclusion:We can protect the patients during recovery period of general anesthesia against CRBD by daubing compound lidocaine cream on the surface of urethal catherters.更多还原
