【摘要】 目的:观察应用双Endobutton技术对新鲜TossyⅢ型肩锁关节脱位进行切开复位固定手术的治疗效果。方法:对2011年2月～2012年3月某科收治的7例新鲜TossyⅢ型肩锁关节脱位的病人运用双Endobutton技术,进行手术治疗,术后随访2~11个月。结果:术后采用Karlsson疗效评价标准,7例患者中,A级5例,B级2例,未发生锁骨下血管、神经损伤,术后无感染,内固定无松动及脱出,X线片肩锁关节无再脱位发生,Endobutton位置良好,2周左右可行无痛自由活动。结论:研究证明,这一技术对于固定肩锁关节是一种安全、有效的方法。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective:To observe the therapeutic effect of open reduction and fixation in the treatment of Tossy Ⅲ acromioclavicular joint dislocation using double Endobutton technique.Methods:From Feb.2011 to Mar.2012,7 patients with Tossy Ⅲ acromioclavicular joint dislocation were treated with double Endobutton technique.After the operation,they were followed up from 2 to 11 months.Results:According to Karlsson result evaluation system,5 patients were A grade and 2 patients B grade.There were no subclavian vessels,nerve injury or postoperative infection.The internal fixation did not loosen and X-ray acromioclavicular joint re-dislocation did not happen.The location of Endobutton was fine and the patients could move freely and painlessly 2 weeks later.Conclusion:Short-term effects prove that this technique is a safe and effective method to fix the acromioclavicular joint.更多还原
