【摘要】 目的:探讨妊娠合并急性阑尾炎的临床体征、诊断及治疗方法。方法:回顾分析30例妊娠合并急性阑尾炎患者的临床资料。结果:行阑尾炎切除28例。先行剖宫产后行阑尾切除3例,术后流产1例。其余无其它并发症。结论:妊娠期阑尾炎需及时诊断,手术是保证母婴安全的重要手段。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective:To investigate diagnosis and treatment of pregnant women with clinical signs of acute appendicitis.Methods:Retrospective analysis into the clinical data of 30 cases of appendictis in pregnant women.Results:Appendectomy surgery in 28 cases.First cesarean section underwent appendectomy surgery in 3 cases,1 case abortion after operation.No other complications.Conclusion:1.Pregnant women with appendicitis should be timely diagnosed.2.Surgery is an important means to ensure the safety of mother and child.更多还原
