【摘要】 目的:研究胃癌术后早期肠内营养支持的临床经验、安全性、康复价值。方法:对某院5年来施行胃癌根治术后同时应用肠内营养支持治疗的21例患者进行分析,观察其临床症状;监测术前、术后第8d体重、血红蛋白、白蛋白的变化及排气、下床活动时间与同期内胃癌根治术的21例常规输液组进行对比。结果:21例肠内营养患者均能耐受,少数患者有不适,无并发症的发生,两组之间比较术后体重及血红蛋白两种指标无明显差异,但白蛋白两组间有差异,肠蠕动恢复时间及下床活动时与对照组间有明显差异。结论:胃癌根治术后早期肠内营养支持安全、有效,较好地改善术后病人营养状态和精神状态。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective: To study the early postoperative gastric enteral nutrition in clinical experience,safety,rehabilitation value.Methods: 5-year implementation of radical gastrectomy,and enteral nutrition therapy in 21 patients for analysis,to observe the clinical symptoms;monitoring before and after surgery,on the 8th day body weight,hemoglobin,albumin changes and exhaust,get out of bed time with the same period 21 cases of gastric cancer patients compared conventional infusion group.Results: 21 cases were able to tolerate enteral nutrition,there is not a small number of patients,no complications,between the two groups after two kinds of body weight and hemoglobin showed no significant difference,but there are differences between the two groups of albumin,intestines motility recovery time and get out of bed with the control group were significantly different.Conclusion: Early enteral nutrition after radical gastrectomy support is safe,effective,and better in improving the postoperative nutritional status and mental state.更多还原
