【摘要】 目的:通过分析住院精神病患者死亡资料,探讨死亡原因及相关因素,为临床护理及制定安全防范措施提供依据。方法:对合肥市精神病医院20年间收治的精神病患者57555例病历进行回顾性调查分析。结果:住院期间病死39例,住院病人病死率为0.68‰。主要死亡原因为躯体疾病17例,猝死14例。死亡时间多发生在4∶00～7∶00,13∶00～15∶00,尤其是起床活动时。死亡前处于兴奋躁动状态10例,躯体状况差13例,无任何先兆的死亡13例。结论:躯体疾病、猝死是精神科住院患者最主要的死亡原因,护理人员应高度重视兴奋躁动、进食差或拒食以及合并躯体疾患的病人,并加强特殊时段的病情观察,以降低住院病人病死率。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective: To explore the reasons of death and related factors by analysis of the death data of psychiatric inpatients,on the basis of which to provide clinical care and formulate some security measures.Methods: 57555 medical records of psychiatric inpatients in Hefei psychiatric hospital during 20 years were investigated retrospectively.Results: 39 cases were dead in hospital,the rate was 0.68‰.17 cases were dead because of physical illness,and 14 cases were sudden death.The dead time often occurred in 4∶00-7∶00,13∶00-15∶00,especially after waking up.10 cases were in restless excitement before death,13 cases were in poor physical condition,and 13 cases had no signs.Conclusion: The main dead reasons of psychiatric inpatients were physical illness and sudden death.To reduce the death rate of inpatients,nurses should attach more importance to the patients who were in restless excitement,poor feeding or injected feeding and combined with physical illness,and strengthen observation in special period of illness.更多还原
