【摘要】 现代大学制度是现阶段中国特色的大学制度。民主管理、科学决策是现代大学制度的内在要求。现代大学制度是高校民主管理、科学决策的保障。
【Abstract】 Modern university system is the university system with Chinese characteristics at the present stage.Democratic management and scientific policy is the external demands of modern university system.It is the guarantee of university’s democratic management and scientific policy.
