【Abstract】 Students of independent colleges have the characteristics of the restless mind and the strong abilities to social activities,but they are comparatively weak at the basic cultural knowledge with the different and distinct personality,deficient of career planning,self-control ability and resisting frustration ability,and often dependent on others with much mental pressure.It is now necessary to reform the talents cultivation mode,improve the career planning guiding system,change continuously the employment concept,strengthen the professional quality education,and try to arrange the enriched campus cultural activities for the practically improvement on the competitiveness of students’ employability.更多还原
