专利制度在马鞍山市运行绩效的评估
Assessment of the Operational Performance of Patent System in the City of Ma’anshan
【摘要】 对"十一五"期间专利制度在马鞍山市的运行绩效的评估结果表明,专利制度的运行在激励发明创造、促进经济发展方面引起了积极的作用;在创新意识和创新能力等微观层面,马鞍山市虽有提升,但与安徽发达地区相比差距甚远。
【Abstract】 It is shown in the assessment of the operational performance of patent system in the Eleventh Five-Year period in the City of Ma’anshan that patent system plays an active part in the stimulation of invention and innovation and the promotion of economic development.The City of Ma’anshan has made some progress in the innovation consciousness and innovation abilities on the micro level,but it has a long way to go comapared with the developed regions of Anhui.
