【摘要】 基于GrADS、Delphi、WEB与SQLServer等技术,建立了湖南省重大气象灾害预警信息发布系统。该系统由预警发布提示、预警分媒体制作和预警查询统计三大模块组成;该系统平台网络终端拓扑包括业务数据库服务器、短信平台数据库服务器、发送服务器和接受终端等。该系统具有提供不同用户权限控制、防汛号码的及时更新和有效性管理、组建专用预警通道、构建各运营商综合预警信息平台和进一步提高预警信息发布时效性等功能。该系统的建立为湖南省的重大气象服务和防灾减灾工作提供了参考。更多还原

【Abstract】 Based on technologies of GrADS,Delphi,WEB and SQLServer,publishing system for major meteorological disasters early warning information in Hunan Province was established.The system consists of warning tips,early warning sub-media production and early warning query statistics;Providing with user access control and management at different levels,timely updateing of flood control phone number and effective management,the formation of a special warning channel,building the operators comprehensive early warning information platform and further improving the early warning information release features;Possessing the warning information reliability assurance mechanism and a sound system security.The construction and implementation of the system is particularly important for major meteorological services and disaster prevention and reduction in Hunan Province.更多还原
