【摘要】 [目的]研究原种云蚕7B×A的最适交配时间。[方法]将原原种云蚕7B的雌蛾和原原种云蚕7A的新鲜雄蛾进行交配,交配时间设8个试验区,调查不同交配时间对卵质、卵量、孵化率及次代饲育成绩的影响。[结果]原种云蚕7B×A交配2 h后拆对,单蛾产卵量最高,对孵化率及次代饲育成绩无不良影响。[结论]原种云蚕7B×A最适的交配时间为2 h,既可提高原种繁育系数,又可节约时间,提高生产效率。更多还原

【Abstract】 [Objective] To investigate the optimum mating time on the original silkworm varieties of Yuncan7B×A.[Method] Used the great grandparent silkworm varieties of Yuncan7B female moth to mate with Yuncan7A male moth at eight times,then investigated the influence of different mating time to eggs quality and quantity,hatching rate,next generation rearing performance.[Result] The results showed that eggs of single moth is the most when mated after 2h,the rearing performance of next generation have no harmful effects.[Conclusion] When the original silkworm varieties of Yuncan7B×A mating time is 2h,it has high propagation coefficient,and could also save time and improve production efficiency.更多还原
