气相色谱-质谱测定蔬菜与水果中代森锰锌残留量

【摘要】 [目的]建立一种气相色谱-质谱快速测定蔬菜和水果中代森锰锌残留量的方法。[方法]代森锰锌在密闭容器中加热条件下被氯化锡-盐酸溶液酸解生成二硫化碳,二硫化碳经异辛烷收集后用气相色谱-电子捕获检测器和气相色谱-质谱联用(GC-MS)检测,并通过测定蔬菜和水果4种不同基质中残留的代森锰锌对该方法进行了验证。[结果]代森锰锌在0.1~2.5 mg/kg添加水平下呈良好的线性关系;代森锰锌在蔬菜和水果4种不同基质中的回收率为74.80%~110.90%,相对标准偏差为3.65%~19.19%。[结论]该方法简单、快速、准确,适用于蔬菜和水果中代森锰锌残留检测分析。

【Abstract】 [Objective] The aim was to establish a determination method of mancozeb residue in vegetables and fruits by GC-MS.[Method] Mancozeb was extracted and hydrolyzed to carbon disulfide(CS2) by heating and acidic condition in a closed-vessel.After the evolved CS2 was trapped in 2,2,4-trimethylpentane,it was determined by GC-ECD and GC-MS analysis.The mancozeb residue analysis method was validated in different matrices of vegetables and fruits.[Result] The calibration curve for mancozeb had a good linearity in the range of 0.1-5.0 mg/kg.The recoveries of mancozeb in four different matrices of vegetables and fruits ranged from 74.80% to 110.90%,and the relative standard deviations ranged from 3.65% to 19.19%.[Conclusion] The method is simple,fast and accurate,so it is suitable for the detection of mancozeb residues in vegetables and fruits.
