【摘要】 为积极推进该青海省基层农技体系改革与建设工作,及时掌握基层农技体系队伍对基层农技体系改革与建设示范县项目工作的真实反应。通过不记名调查方式,对来自青海省的232名基层农技推广员展开问卷调查。广大技术指导员对项目运行的机制有明确了解,态度明显表现为支持,以"三方考核"为主体的绩效考核制度得到基层技术员的拥护。结果表明,问卷设计的若干问题在不同群体之间无差异评价结果,说明调查具有可靠的决策参考价值。更多还原

【Abstract】 In order to actively promote the reform and construction work of Qinghai agro-technique system at grassroots level,and grasp the real reaction that agricultural system team to the work,a non-tangible questionnaire survey was conducted towards 232 workers of basic-level agro-technique extension from the whole province.Most of the workers have a clear understanding and a supportive attitude towards the project operation mechanism."Three party assessment" as the main body of the performance appraisal system also gets technicians` support.Some problems in design of questionnaire have no difference among different groups,which shows that the investigation has reliable decision-making reference value.更多还原
