外源总DNA直接导入植物的分子育种研究进展
Research Advances in the Molecular Breeding by Introducing Exogenous Total DNA into Plant Directly
【摘要】 文中介绍了2种较常用的外源总DNA直接导入植物的方法—花粉管通道法和离子束介导法,分别从原理与方法、发展与应用、机理与验证、问题与展望4个方面综述了这2种方法的创立与发展以及应用此方法取得的研究成果。
【Abstract】 Two commonly used techniques of introducing exogenous total DNA into plant directly were introduced,which were pollen-tube pathway method and ion beam implantation method.The establishment,development and application achievements of the two techniques were introduced from their principles and methods,development and application,mechanism and verification,problems and prospect.
