【摘要】 [目的]通过不同锰水平的饲粮饲喂塞北兔,探讨锰对其生产性能的影响。[方法]以塞北兔为实验动物,在日粮中分别添加0、10、15、20、25和30 mg/kg锰,研究不同锰水平日粮对塞北兔增重效果的影响。[结果]试验第20、40天各试验组塞北兔日增重、料肉比与对照组无显著差异(P>0.05)。试验第60天,各试验组塞北兔日增重、料肉比与对照组差异显著(P<0.05),日增重以30 mg/kg锰试验组最高,料肉比以25 mg/kg锰试验组最低。这说明饲粮锰含量的增加对塞北兔的生长具有一定的促进作用,建议塞北兔日粮中锰的适宜添加量为25 mg/kg。[结论]该研究为优化塞北兔饲粮配方提供依据。更多还原

【Abstract】 [Objective] The research aimed to discuss the effects of manganese on the production performance of Saibei Rabbit by feeding Saibei Rabbit with the diets at different levels of manganese.[Method] Using Saibei Rabbit as experimental animal,0,10,15,20,25,30 mg/kg of manganese were added in the diet to study the effects of diets at different levels of manganese on the weight gain of Saibei Rabbit.[Result]On the 20th and 40th day,the weight gain and feed-meat ratio of Saibei Rabbit in each test group had no significant difference with control group(P>0.05).On the 60th day,the weight gain and feed-meat ratio of Saibei Rabbit in each group had significant difference with control group(P<0.05).And the weight gain in test group of adding 30 mg/kg manganese was highest and the feed-meat ratio in test group of adding 25 mg/kg manganese was lowest.These indicated that the increase of manganese content in the diet had certain promotion on the growth of Saibei Rabbit.It was suggested that the suitable addition amount of manganese in the diet of Saibei Rabbit was 25 mg/kg.[Conclusion] This research provided basis for optimizing the diet formula of Saibei Rabbit.更多还原
