【摘要】 运用转型系数(TC),计算得出西宁市土地利用结构和产业结构转型特点:1999～2010年间土地利用结构系数θ1下降了79.55%,但总体演变趋势平缓;产业结构转型系数θ2总体趋势不断下降,下降了36.09%,总体转型系数相对土地利用结构略大;两者年际变化均有所起伏:1999～2007年年际变化较大,2008～2010年年趋于平缓。在自相关和协整模型基础上,分析得出:①西宁市土地利用结构对产业结构转型具有促进作用;②二者存在长期均衡关系。最后,提出了西宁市产业发展的相关政策建议。更多还原

【Abstract】 Based on the transform coefficient(TC),the characteristics of land use structure and industrial restructuring in Xining were obtained.The land use structure coefficient θ1 had dropped by 79.55% during 1999-2010,but the overall change tended to be stable;the industrial structure reform coefficient θ2 had dropped by 36.09% during 1999-2010,which was slightly larger than that of land use structure.Both two experienced large fluctuations from 1999 to 2007 but tended to be stable during 2008-2010.Through the autocorrelation and co-integration models,it was found out that the land use structure promoted the industrial restructuring in Xining,and there was a long-term equilibrium between them.Finally some suggestions were proposed for the industrial development of Xining.更多还原
