【摘要】 [目的]探明彝药见肿消中微量元素的含量。[方法]采用火焰原子吸收光度法进行测定分析,用浓硝酸微波消解样品,采用标准曲线法计算。[结果]彝药见肿消中的钙、镁、铁、锌、铜、锰的质量分数分别是19.970、8.500、1.110、0.043、0.400、0.043 mg/g,RSD为2.5%～9.7%,加标回收率在95%～102%之间。[结论]该方法简单,测定结果准确。更多还原

【Abstract】 [Objective] The aim was to verify the content of microelements in "Jian Zhong Xiao" of Yi nationality’s medicine.[Method] The samples were diluted by microwave with concentrated nitric acid and the contents were calculated by calibration curve method.[Result] The results indicate that the contents of Ca,Mg,Fe,Zn,Cu and Mn in "Jian Zhong Xiao" are 19.970,8.500,1.110,0.0430,0.400 and 0.043 mg/g respectively.The RSD is in the range of 2.5%-9.7% and the recovery of standard addition is among 95%-102%.[Conclusion] The method is simple and the test result is accurate.更多还原
