【摘要】 通过问卷调查的方式,对河北省失地农民就业、收入及生产劳动适应状况进行研究。结果表明,失地农民对目前从事工作的满意程度一般;大部分农民在失地后,对生产劳动比较适应;随着文化水平的提高,失地农民对生产劳动活动的适应性越强,不适应感越弱。同时分析了失地农民面临的就业生存困境。更多还原

【Abstract】 Through questionnaire survey,the employment,income and adaptation of landless farmers in Hebei Province was studied.Results indicated that satisfaction of landless farmer on current work was normal.Most farmers could adapt to work easily.Along with the increasing education level,farmers’ adaptability to work is strengthening.In the meantime,the employment plight that farmers should face was expounded.更多还原
