拟南芥花青素合成途径及其调控进展
Advances in Biosynthesis Pathways and Regulation of Anthocyanin in Arabidopsis thaliana
【摘要】 花青素是植物的主要代谢产物,在植物的生长发育过程中扮演重要角色。其合成受多种结构基因和调控基因的控制。文中综述了模式植物拟南芥的花青素合成途径,着重介绍了调控花青素合成途径转录因子的最新进展,为植物代谢工程和观赏园艺植物分子育种提供参考。
【Abstract】 Anthocyanin is major metabolites of plant,it plays an important role in the growth and development of plant,moreover,the biosynthesis of it is regulated by numerous structural genes and regulatory genes.In this paper,the biosynthesis pathways of anthocyanin in model plant Arabidopsis thaliana were summarized,and the newest progress of some transcription factors which participated in the anthocyanin biosynthesis was introduced,which provided reference for the plant metabolic engineering and fancy horticulture molecular breeding.
