【摘要】 "大别山道路"作为新的历史条件下的一种实践创新,其创新价值体现在:依靠科技进步,振兴了山区经济;构建新型农业人才培养模式,培养了大批农业科技人才;通过技术创新及推广促进了新农村建设。"大别山道路"的实践经验给我们的启发是:"大别山道路"持续发展应探寻农业科技人才培养新模式及多层次的实现途径;继续完善农业推广系统,促进科技成果转化,逐步完善农业信息服务体制;强化基础教育,实行基础教育及职业教育、继续教育相结合的道路。此外,当地政府在科技、人才及财政方面的政策扶持也必不可少。更多还原

【Abstract】 As a kind of practice innovation under the new historical condition,the creative value of "Dabie Mountains Road" is that it has developed mountain areas’ economy by depending on science and technology,cultivated a large number of agricultural science and technology talents with the construction of a new agricultural personnel training mode,and promoted the new rural construction through technique innovation and expansion.Practical experience of "Dabie Mountains Road" tells us that sustainable development of "Dabie Mountains Road" should explore new agricultural personnel training mode and multi-level development path,perfect agricultural expansion system to promote transformation of sci-tech achievements and gradually perfect agriculture information service system,and enhance basic education through combining basic education vocation education and continuing education.In addition,supporting policies of science and technology,talented personnel and public finance from local governments are also essential.更多还原
