【摘要】 基于目前我国低碳经济发展现状,从低碳经济这一概念入手,以大学生就业能力为主线,研究及分析我国高校大学生就业能力缺失的现状,建议从培养新型知识创新人才、强化学生对未来职业的适应力、科学规划职业生涯、加强思想政治教育、创新学校专业培养模式这五方面切实提高其自身的低碳就业能力,有利于培养更适应低碳经济发展需求的综合性人才。更多还原

【Abstract】 Based on the current development status of China’s low-carbon economy,the paper begins with the concept of low-carbon economy,and then analyzes the lack of employability on the part of college students in China.To cultivate integrated talents adaptable to current low-carbon economic development,the paper claims that the following measures be taken,i.e.,bringing up new-type innovative and knowledgeable talents,strengthening students’ career resilience,scientifically planning their career,strengthening ideological and political education and innovating professional training model of school education.更多还原
