壳聚糖涂膜保鲜对豇豆生理生化指标的影响
Chitosa Coating Preservation Physiological and Biochemical Indexes of Cowpea
【摘要】 在2、8、12℃的贮藏温度下,对豇豆进行壳聚糖涂膜保鲜研究,通过对豇豆在贮藏期间外部感官品质和内部感官品质的综合评价,得出了壳聚糖保鲜剂的最佳配方,对豇豆生理生化指标的测定,通过正交及交互试验确定了此类豇豆在一定贮藏温度下的最佳壳聚糖保鲜配方,结果表明:2%的壳聚糖,30μg/mg 6-BA和0.3g/kg的脱氢醋酸钠,在8℃的环境下贮藏,能较好的延长豇豆的贮藏周期。
【Abstract】 In this paper,studied under the conditions of Storage temperature 2 ℃,8 ℃ and 12 ℃,the chitosa coating Preservation of cowpea.by the larger changes in physiological and biochemical indexes can be found through the study of changes in internal and external quality of cowpea during storage.best formula derived chitosan preservative.Determination of cowpea physiological and biochemical indicators.Through the orthogonal and interactive test identified such cowpea the best Chitosan formula in certain temperature storage.The results show that: best results in orthogonal test were determined.Chitosan preservative formulations was 2% chitosan,30μg/mg6-BA and 0.3g/kg dehydrogenation sodium acetate.storage at 8℃ environment The cowpea storage cycle can extend.
