不同饵料对西施舌稚贝生长及消化酶活性的影响

【摘要】 将壳长6.60±0.03mm的西施舌稚贝随机分为3组,每组投喂不同饵料,分别为藻类(XZ组)、配合饲料(XL组)和藻类与配合饲料的混合饵料(XH组),各设3个平行,20d后测定各组稚贝生长指标、消化酶活性以研究不同饵料对稚贝生长、消化功能的影响。结果:西施舌成活率在88.2%~96.6%。稚贝壳长增量各组间差异显著(P<0.05),壳长平均增量XH组>XZ组>XL组。不同饵料组对西施舌体重影响不显著(P>0.05)。不同饵料对西施舌稚贝蛋白酶、淀粉酶、纤维素酶和脂肪酶活性都有显著影响(P<0.05)。蛋白酶和淀粉酶比活力XH组>XL组>XZ组;纤维素酶比活力XZ组>XH组>XL组;脂肪酶比活力XL组>XH组>XZ组。

【Abstract】 A 20 days feeding trial was conducted to evaluate effect of different diets on growth performance and digestive enzyme activities of juvenile Coelomactra antiquate.The juveniles 6.60±0.03mm were fed with Algae(Group_XZ),formulated diet(Group_XL),and Group_XH was fed with Algae and formulated diet.The results showed: The survival rate of the juvenile C.antiquata was between 88.2%and 96.6% in the treatments.The increment of shell length were found to be significantly different(P<0.05) among the three groups,and Group_XH> Group_XZ> Group_XL.The increment of weight were found to be not significantly different(P> 0.05) among the three groups.proteinase activities、amylase activities、celluase activities、lipase activities was were found to be significantly different(P < 0.05) among the three groups.The tendency of proteinase activities and amylase activities was Group_XH> Group_XL > Group_XZ;The tendency of celluase activities was Group_XZ > Group_XH >Group_XL;The tendency of lipase activities was Group_XL > Group_XH > Group_XZ.
