【摘要】 高技术产业的R&D效率直接影响和决定着高技术产业的发展。文章在运用DEA经典模型的基础上,从综合效率、技术效率及规模效率三个层面,建立了基于DEA的高技术产业R&D绩效评价模型,对合肥经济圈五市的高技术产业R&D效率进行比较分析。评价结果表明,合肥经济圈高技术产业R&D绩效存在着地区差异,且总体效率偏低,应通过加强科技合作和优化资源配置来提高合肥经济圈高技术产业R&D绩效水平。更多还原

【Abstract】 The High-technology industry’s R&D efficiency directly affects and determines the development of High-technology industry.This paper sets up evaluation index system of R&D performance of high-technology industries from the perspective of overall efficiency,technical efficiency and scale efficiency.It employs a DEA model comprehensively to evaluate the high-technology industries’ R&D performance in Hefei Economic Zone.The results show that the overall R&D performance level is low and there are some regional differences.Thus,to enhance high-tech industries R&D performance level,it is necessary to strengthen research cooperation and optimize resource allocation in Hefei Economic Zone.更多还原
