PE-HD/E-TMB共混物的结晶形态研究
Study on Crystalline Morphology of PE-HD/E-TMB Blends
【摘要】 用自制增韧母料(E-TMB)分别与2200J高密度聚乙烯PE-HD(HE1)和5000S PE-HD(HE2)热机械共混制得HE1/E-TMB和HE2/E-TMB共混物,用偏光显微镜研究了两种共混物之间结晶形态的不同、两种共混物与其简单共混对照样之间结晶形态的不同,讨论了母料中弹性体不同配比、共混物中弹性体不同含量对共混物结晶形态的影响。
【Abstract】 Self-made toughening master batch(E-TMB)was thermal mechanical blended with 2200J high density polyethylene PE-HD(HE1)and 5000S PE-HD(HE2),and HE1/E-TMB and HE2/E-TMB blends were obtained.With polarized light microscope,the difference of crystalline morphology between HE1/E-TMB and HE2/E-TMB blends,and the difference of crystalline morphology between PE-HD/E-TMB blends and their simple blending master batch contrast blends were studied.Effects of the elastomer ratio in E-TMB and elastomer content in PE-HD/E-TMB blends on the crystalline morphology of PE-HD/E-TMB blends were discussed.
