多元醇改性呋喃树脂合成工艺研究
Synthesizing Technology of Furan Resin Modified with Polyols
【摘要】 在现有脲醛呋喃树脂合成工艺基础上,选用山梨醇和芳烃聚酯多元醇两种多羟基化合物改性呋喃树脂,研究其添加量与添加位置对树脂砂强度影响,得出两种多元醇改性呋喃树脂最佳工艺条件,并通过红外光谱对它们改性过程的反应机理进行研究,从而得出它们的改性反应机理,并从反应机理上解释它们改性效果上差异。
【Abstract】 Synthesizing technologies of furan resin modified with sorbitol and aromatic polyester polyols were studied on the base of existing synthesizing technology of furan resin,and the effect of adding amount and adding time of sorbitol and aromatic polyester polyols on strength of resin bonded sand was also investigated.Consequently the optimal synthesizing technology of furan resin modified with two kinds of polyols was obtained,and the reaction process was analyzed by means of infrared spectroscopy(IR),by which the synthesizing reaction mechanism of modifying furan resin with polyols was obtained.
