【摘要】 目的观察四妙丸联合西药治疗活动期类风湿关节炎的临床疗效。方法将40例活动期类风湿关节炎患者随机分为两组,对照组20例,口服甲氨喋呤片、扶他林片;治疗组20例,在对照组的基础上口服中药四妙丸,两组均连续用药3个月。观察两组患者治疗前后临床症状、体征以及血沉(ESR)、C反应蛋白(CRP)及类风湿因子(RF)的变化以及血液流变学各项指标的变化情况。结果治疗组总有效率95.0%,对照组总有效率75.0%,治疗组明显优于对照组(P<0.05);两组治疗后各项临床症状、体征以及ESR、CRP、RF、血液流变学各项指标均较治疗前有明显改善(P<0.05),两组治疗后比较差异亦有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论四妙丸治疗活动期类风湿关节炎有效,疗效优于甲氨喋吟片。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective To observe the effect and of Simiao Pills (Pills of four miracles) combined with western medicine for rheumatoid arthritis (RA) in active sta ge.Methods Forty RA patients in active stage were rand omized into two groups with 20 in each.The control group was orally administered methotrexate and votalin,and the treatment group was given Chinese medicine Simiao Pills addi tionally for 3 months in succession.The changes in clinical symptoms and signs,erythrocyte sedimentation rate (ESR),C-reactive protein (CRP),and rheumatoid factor (RF),as well as hemorheology indexes were observed after treatment.Results In the treatment group,the total effective rate was 95%,which was superior to 75 % in the control group (P<0.05).Symptoms and signs,ESR,CRP,RF and hemorheology indexes of both groups were all improved after treatment (P<0.05),the differe nce between the two groups after treatment was statistically significant (P<0.05 ).Conclusion Simiao Pills is effective for active RA,and the effect was superior to methothexate.更多还原
