【摘要】 目的观察中药穴位注射治疗动眼神经麻痹的临床疗效。方法按信封法随机纳入3个中心456例动眼神经麻痹患者,治疗组和对照组各228例,治疗组主穴选取患侧睛明、阳白、四白、瞳子髎穴以及双侧肝俞穴,主药采用复方当归注射液进行穴位注射;对照组常规西医治疗。两组均连续治疗36天后统计疗效,并观察两组患者治疗前后中医证候积分、患眼眼球运动度、眼裂及瞳孔的变化。结果治疗组总有效率91.7%,对照组总有效率73.7%,两组比较差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。两组患者中医证候积分均较治疗前明显减少(P<0.0或P<0.01),治疗组的降低值较对照组更大(P<0.05);两组患者治疗后患眼眼球运动度及眼裂均增加(P<0.05或P<0.01),瞳孔均缩小(P<0.05),其中治疗组眼裂及眼球运动度内直肌的改善优于对照组(P<0.05)。结论中药穴位注射疗法治疗动眼神经麻痹疗效确切。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective To observe the clinical effect of acupoint injection with Chinese herbal medicine on oculomotor paralysis.Methods A total of 456 cases of oculomotor pa ralysis from three centers were randomized into treatment group and control grou p with 228 cases in each.In the treatment group,the main acupoints Jingming (BL 1),Yangbai (GB 14),Sibai (ST 2),Tongziliao (GB 1) of affected side,and bilateral Ganshu (BL 18) were injected with Fufang Danggui Zhusheye (Injection of Compound Chinese An gelica).The control group was treated routinely with western medicine.The treatment f or both groups lasted for 36 days,and the therapeutic effect was observed on th e scores of TCM syndrome,the eyeball movement degree of affected eye,and the c hanges in palpebral fissure and pupil.Results The tota l effective rate was 91 .7% and 73.7% in the treatment group and control group respectively with signi ficant difference (P<0.05).The scores of TCM syndrome of both groups were signi ficantly reduced (P<0.05 or P<0.01),and the reduction of the treatmen t group wa s more than that of the control group (P<0.05).The eyeball movement degree of a ffected eye and palpebral fissure of both groups were improved (P<0.05 or P<0.01 ),and the pupil was getting smaller (P<0.05),the improvement of palpebral fiss ure and movement degree of musculus rectus medialis of eyeball of the treatment group was more than that of the control group (P<0.05).Con clusion Acupoint in jection with Chinese herbal medicine Fufang Danggui Zhusheye is effective for oc ulomotor paralysis.更多还原
