【摘要】 目的观察针刺联合电针治疗无抑制性神经原性膀胱的临床疗效及对膀胱最大容量的影响。方法将111例无抑制性神经原性膀胱患者随机分为治疗组56例和对照组55例,两组患者均采用西医常规药物及改善肢体功能的针刺治疗,治疗组在此基础上针刺四神聪及电针肾俞、会阳穴。两组患者治疗前和治疗4周后各进行1次日排尿频率测定、尿失禁程度评估及膀胱最大容量测定。结果两组患者治疗后日排尿频率、尿失禁程度及膀胱最大容量均较本组治疗前明显改善,差异有统计学意义(P<0.01);两组治疗后比较,治疗组优于对照组(P<0.01)。结论针刺四神聪及电针肾俞、会阳穴可明显改善无抑制性神经原性膀胱患者的症状,增加膀胱容量。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective To observe the clinical effect of acupuncture combined with electro-acupuncture on uninhibited neurogenic bladder and its influence on the maximum capacity of bladder.Methods Totally 111 patients were randomized into treatment group (56 cases) and control group (55 cases).Both groups accepted the conventional western medicine treatment and acupuncture for improving the functions of affected limbs,in addition,the treatment group was treated with acupuncture at Sishencong (EX-HN1) and electro-acupuncture at Shenshu (BL 23) and Huiyang (BL 35).Before and 4 weeks after treatment,the patients of the two groups were determined once respectively on the urination frequency per day,evaluated on the degree of incontinence,and examined on the maximum capacity of bladder.Results After treatment,the daily urination frequency,degree of incontinence,and maximum capacity of bladder of both groups were significantly improved in the in-group comparison,and the difference was statistically significant (P<0.01).While the difference in the between-group comparison after treatment was also statistically significant (P<0.01),the treatment group was better than the control group.Conclusion Acupuncture at Sishencong (EX-HN1) and electro-acupuncture at Shenshu (BL 23) and Huiyang (BL 35) are effective in improving the symptoms of uninhibited neurogenic bladder and increasing the bladder capacity.更多还原
