【摘要】 目的观察搜风通络法治疗偏头痛的疗效。将偏头痛60例患者随机分为2组。治疗组(甲组)应用以搜风通络法的汤剂,每次200ml,每日2次口服;对照组(乙组)给予口服盐酸氟桂利嗪10mg1/晚,口服;2组患者都服用1个月,观察对偏头痛患者临床疗效。结果治疗组(甲组)临床治愈率66.7%,总有效率96%;对照组(乙组)临床治愈率20%,总有效率73%;2组总有效率、临床治愈率比较差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论搜风通络法是治疗偏头痛的有效的方法。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective To observe the wind and collaterals found the treatment of migraine treatment.The migraine 60 patients were randomly divided into two groups.Treatment group(Group A) the application to search the decoction of the wind and collaterals,each 200 ml,twice daily oral administration;the control group(Group B) to give oral flunarizine hydrochloride 10mg 1 /evening,oral;two patients are taking a month to observe the clinical efficacy of migraine patients.Results The treatment group(Group A) clinical cure rate of 66.7%,total efficiency of 96%;the control group(Group B) clinical cure rate of 20%,73% of the total effective;total effective rate,the clinical cure rate differences are was statistically significant(P <0.05).Conclusion found the wind and collaterals ave an effective migraine treatment method.更多还原
