【摘要】 目的观察沙利度胺联合复方守宫散对晚期恶性肿瘤患者生存质量的影响。方法 57例晚期恶性肿瘤随机分为两组:治疗组29例,给予沙利度胺100mg/d,每晚顿服,一周后无不适增加至200mg/d,并以每天200mg/d为维持剂量,同时,复方守宫散5g每日三次,疗程2月。对照组28例,对症处理。比较两组的食欲、睡眠、体重及KPS评分治疗后差异性。结果 KPS评分的改善率分别为51.72%和14.29%(P<0.01),治疗组及对照组食欲改善率分别为65.52%和14.29%,睡眠状况改善率为82.76%和14.29%,体重增加率为62.07%和10.71%,差异为统计学意义(P<0.01)。结论沙利度胺联合复方守宫散对晚期恶性肿瘤患者能够提高生存质量。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective To observe the influence of Thalidomide compound Fufang Shougong San to advanced malignant tumor patients’quality of life.Methods 57 cases of late malignant tumor randomly divided into two groups: treatment group in 29 cases,give Thalidomide 100mg/d,every night the meal served,after a week without discomfort increased to 200mg/d,and with every 200mg/d for maintenance dose,meanwhile,Fufang Shougong San 5g three times daily,treatment 2 moths.The control group remain 28 cases,symptomatic treatment.Compared with two groups of appetite,sleep,weight and KPS score after treatment.Results KPS score difference of 51.72% and 14.29% period,respectively(P<0.01),the treatment group and control group appetite 65.52% and 14.29% period respectively,sleep in the period for 82.76% and 14.29%,weight gain rate for 62.07% and 10.71% and differences as statistically significant(P<0.01).Conclusion Thalidomide compound Fufang Shougong San can improve the advanced malignant tumor patients’ quality of life.更多还原
