【摘要】 为了解决低浓度瓦斯管道传输中的隔爆问题,设计出了低浓度瓦斯管道快速阻爆装置。详细介绍了自动阻爆装置的构成原理、瓦斯爆炸传播规律和对控制器响应速度要求、传感器电路设计、控制器的硬软件设计。试验测试结果表明,该阻爆装置响应动作速度快,能成功实现阻爆功能。

【Abstract】 To solve the flame-proof problems of pipe for low concentration gas transport,speedy explosion-resistant facilities in low concentration gas pipe were developed.The paper introduced the structure mechanism of automatic explosion-resistant facilities,the transmission rules of pipeline gas explosion,the response speed demands of controller,the circuit design of sensors,and the design of sensors/controllers.Results of tests showed that,the response time of explosion-resistant facilities is short,and can realize the explosion-resistant function effectively.
