基于TRIZ的千米矿井抗灾排水装备研究与开发

【摘要】 大型潜水电泵是适合我国千米矿井抗灾排水的关键装备,将TR IZ理论应用于其研发过程,利用多屏幕法进行系统分析,采用基于TR IZ理论的工业创新设计流程,自主开发出矿用大功率潜水电泵。该水泵具有流量大(500,1 000 m3/h)、扬程高(90~1 080 m)、长径比小、运行效率高等优点,可较好地解决千米矿井抗灾排水技术难题。

【Abstract】 Large submersible pump acts as the key equipment of 1 000 m deep mine drainage for disaster resistance in China.TRIZ was applied in the research and development process of above pump,multiscreen-method was adopted to analyse the system,and industrial design process based on TRIZ was used in the process of development,on that basis the mine high-power submersible pump was developed independently.The pump has many advantages such as high flow(500,1 000 m3/h),high lift(90~1 080 m),small length-diameter ratio,high efficiency etc.,this pump can solve the problems of 1 000 m deep mine drainage for disaster resistance well.
