添加Nb元素对耐热不锈钢组织和硬度的影响

【摘要】 采用高频感应加热设备熔配含Nb量为0~2.0%的耐热不锈钢样品。研究了Nb含量对耐热不锈钢基体组织、碳化物形态及合金硬度的影响规律。结果表明:随着Nb含量的增大,奥氏体枝晶形态由粗大枝晶→等轴晶→细小枝晶→粗大枝晶转变;碳化物由粗大长条状→细小短棒状/点块状→连续网状形态转变;相应的,合金硬度则呈现出先增大后减小的趋势,硬度值在125~175HB之间。

【Abstract】 The heat-resistant stainless steel with 0~2.0 wt% Nb were prepared by using high frequency induction heating equipment.The effects of Nb content on matrix,carbide morphology and hardness of heat-resistant stainless steel were investigated.The results show that,with the increase of Nb content,the austenite grain morphology transforms from coarse dendrite to equiaxed grain to tiny dendrite then to coarse dendrite;the carbide morphology transforms from coarse and long strip shaped to short rod /dot shaped and block shaped then to continuous network shaped;accordingly,the hardness of alloy increases first and then decreases,and the hardness value is between 125 and 175 HB.
