富Ce混合稀土阻燃镁合金ZM5氧化膜失效分析
Failure Analysis of Oxidation Film on Ignition-Proof ZM5 Magnesium Alloy Added with Ce-rich Mixed Rare Earth
【摘要】 在ZM5镁合金中添加混合稀土RE(富Ce混合稀土),可提高其阻燃温度,当加入量为0.1%时阻燃效果最佳,镁合金起燃温度提高176℃。对该合金表面进行了SEM分析,结果表明:当混合稀土的加入量为0.1%时,镁合金表面的氧化膜致密,无明显的空洞和裂纹。并对氧化膜的失效形式进行了分析。
【Abstract】 Ignition point of ZM5 magnesium alloy with RE(ce-rich mixed rare-earth) addition can be increased.When 0.1% RE(mass fraction) was added,the ignition-proof effect is the greatest and the ignition temperature was increased by 176 ℃.Microstructure of the ZM5 magnesium alloy with RE addition was observed by SEM.The results show that with 0.1% addition of ce-rich mixed rare-earth,the surface oxidation film on ZM5 was dense,and no hole appears on the surface.In addition,the failure of ignition-proof of oxidation film was analyzed.
