不饱和环氧树脂的制备及固化条件的探讨

【摘要】 该文以苯乙烯、甲基丙烯酸缩水甘油酯和异戊二烯为原料,合成了具有不饱和碳碳双键、环氧基团等活性基团的不饱和造纸湿强树脂,利用傅立叶-拉曼光谱分析仪分析产物的结构,利用扫描电镜观测纸页经紫外固化后成纸纤维与湿强剂的交联情况,探讨紫外固化对纸页强度性能的影响。研究表明,相对于自然光固化,紫外固化后纸页的湿强性能提升更大;添加了湿强树脂的纸页经2 min紫外固化后,其湿强指数相对于无紫外固化的纸页提高了223%,湿强保留率达到25.8%。

【Abstract】 Styrene(St),glycidyl methacrylate(GMA) and isoprene were used to prepare an unsaturated wet strength agent which contains some reactive groups such as carbon-carbon double bonds and epoxy groups.Fourier-Raman spectrometer was used to analyze the structure of the polymer.SEM was used to observe the crosslinking of fibers and the wet strength polymers.The results showed that compared to the natural light curing,UV-curing gave better strength properties of handsheets,as it can been that 2 minutes UV-curing increased the wet tensile index of handsheets by 223%,and the wet strength retention ratio was as high as 25.8%.
