【Abstract】 The paper examines the effectiveness of the reform in scientific research according to results from patents——one form of outputs of scientific research with Henan University of Technology as a case in point.In recent years,universities in China have increased the impact and momentum of reform in research management system,which significantly enhances the quantity and quality of achievements in scientific research.The present orientation of the reform in research management policy is to step up the transformation of patent results and better serve the construction of an innovative country.更多还原
