热加工工艺对C-Mn钢组织结构的影响
Effects of Thermal Processing Technology on Microstructure of C-Mn Steel
【摘要】 研究了热加工工艺制度对0.23%C-0.60%Si-1.50%Mn-0.44Ceq中低碳钢亚晶组织结构的影响规律。验证了晶内先共析铁素体的析出条件,测定了不同变形温度下试样的应力-应变曲线及动态CCT曲线。分析了变形温度对试样软化率、动态再结晶率、相变温度点、珠光体片间距、铁素体晶粒度,位错密度的影响。
【Abstract】 The effects of thermal processing technology on microstructure of 0.23%C-0.60%Si-1.50%Mn-0.44Ceq intermediate and low carbon Si-Mn steel were researched.The precipitation conditions of intragranular eutectoid ferrite were verified.The stress-strain curves and CCT curves were obtained.The effects of deformation temperature on softening rate,dynamic recrystallization rate,transformation point,pearlite spacing,ferrite grain size and dislocation density of the sample were analyzed.
