SUFC工艺在大规格棒材生产中的应用
Application of Surface Ultra-fast Cooling Process in the Production of Large-sized Bar
【摘要】 首钢采用SUFC工艺试制了大规格(Φ40mm)棒材,本文通过实验确定了变形工艺参数,测定了试样的CCT曲线,并对棒材断面的径向温度场进行了模拟,分析了试样组织。工业生产表明,柔性控轧+SUFC+自回火工艺大幅提高了材料的强度,且生产成本较低。
【Abstract】 The large-sized bar(Φ40mm) was trial-produced by surface ultra-fast cooling process in Shougang.The formation process parameters were confirmed and the CCT curves were measured by experiments.The cross-section temperature field of the bar section was simulated.Meanwhile,the structure of the samples was analyzed.The production practice show that flexible controlled rolling + surface ultra-fast cooling + self tempering process can increase strength greatly with low cost.
