【Abstract】 The large-sized bar(Φ40mm) was trial-produced by surface ultra-fast cooling process in Shougang.The formation process parameters were confirmed and the CCT curves were measured by experiments.The cross-section temperature field of the bar section was simulated.Meanwhile,the structure of the samples was analyzed.The production practice show that flexible controlled rolling + surface ultra-fast cooling + self tempering process can increase strength greatly with low cost.更多还原
