生物柴油碱催化生产过程中水洗技术的研究

【摘要】 用水除去粗生物柴油产品中的杂质碱、皂和少量甘油的水洗法,在生物柴油工业生产中已被普遍采用,但该方法在实际应用中由于油水乳化问题成为操作难点。重点研究了在水洗过程中如何经济、快速地破乳,寻求最佳水洗方案。实验对重力沉降、机械搅拌、加热、加入电解质、加入破乳剂在水洗过程中的应用效果分别进行了考察。研究表明:采用先加入0.2%冰醋酸破乳剂再用60℃左右温水的方法,破乳迅速,水洗次数、时间、耗水量随之大为减少,且杂质含量达标,水洗效果和效率最好。对该法在水洗过程中的具体操作步骤提出了建议,为生物柴油生产厂家提供参考。

【Abstract】 The water washing method,which using water removes the impurities in the ester layer,such as soaps,unreacted KOH catalyst and traces of glycerol,has been widely applied in the commercial production of biodiesel.However,this method in practical operation is difficult due to the emulsification of ester-water.Different demulsification methods,such as gravitational settling,stirring,heating,addition of demulsifiers and addition of electrolyte,were investigated and evaluated in detail.The results showed that when using only a small amount of glacial acetic acid(0.2%) and then adding about 60℃ warm water,the emulsion was quickly broken,the washing frequency,time and water amount were also markedly reduced.Moreover,the content of impurities in the product satisfied the biodiesel fuel standard.
