【摘要】 目的观察活血利水中药复方对颈动脉粥样硬化并血瘀证患者血管内皮功能的影响。方法 56例入选患者随机分为两组,对照组予口服阿托伐他汀治疗,治疗组予活血利水中药复方加阿托伐他汀治疗,疗程90 d。观察患者治疗前后血瘀证证候评分、高敏C反应蛋白(hs-CRP)、血液流变学和肱动脉血管内皮舒张功能的变化。结果与对照组比较,治疗组治疗后血瘀证候评分明显减轻,hs-CRP和血液流变学水平明显好转(P<0.05),内皮依赖性舒张功能(FMD)和非内皮依赖性舒张功能(NMD)明显改善(P<0.05)。结论活血利水中药复方能改善颈动脉粥样硬化并血瘀证患者的临床症状,降低hs-CRP水平,改善血管内皮功能。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective To investigate the influence of Huoxue Lishui decoction(HLD) on endothelial function in the patients(pts) with carotid atherosclerosis and blood stasis syndrome.Methods Fifty-six pts were randomly divided into two groups:Control group treated with atorvastatin,and treatment group treated with HLD and atorvastatin.The score of blood stasis syndrome,the levels of high sensitive C-reactive protein(hs-CRP),hemorrheology index,and brachial endothelial relaxing function were compared before and after treatment.Results After treatment,the score of blood stasis syndrome,the levels of hs-CRP,hemorrheology,flow mediated vasodilation(FMD) and nonflow mediated vasodilation(NMD) in treatment group were better than that in control group(P<0.05).Conclusion Huoxue Lishui decoction could ameliorate the clinical manifestation of carotid atherosclerosis in pts with blood stasis syndrome,reduce the hs-CRP level,and improve the endothelial function.更多还原
