【摘要】 目的:观察昆仙胶囊联合强的松治疗难治性肾病综合征的临床疗效和安全性。方法:46例难治性肾病综合征患者随机分为治疗组(n=26)和对照组(n=20),治疗组接受昆仙胶囊联合强的松治疗,对照组接受大剂量强的松治疗。治疗期间定期监测24h尿蛋白、血清白蛋白、肝肾功能、血脂等指标,观察疗效及不良反应。疗效分为完全缓解、部分缓解、无效。结果 :治疗6个月时治疗组完全缓解8例,部分缓解9例,无效9例,对照组分别为3例,4例,13例。治疗组总缓解率为65.40%,明显高于对照组的35.00%。不良反应轻微,所有病人耐受性良好。结论 :昆仙胶囊联合强的松治疗难治性肾病综合征具有较好的疗效,耐受性较好。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective :To evaluate the efficacy and safety of Kunxian Capsule combined with prednisone therapy for patients with refractory nephrotic syndrome.Methods :A total of 46 patients with refractory nephritic syndrome were randomly divided into two groups.26 patients in treated-group were treated with kunxian capsule and prednisone while 20 patients in control-group were treated with prednisone only.The curative effect,24 hours urinary protein,serum albumin,plasma lipid,liver function,renal function and toxicity were detemined after six months.The responses of the patients were classified as complete remission(CR),partial remission(PR) and NO-response.Results :After six months treatment,there were 8 patients got to CR,9 patients to PR,and 9 patients remained refractory to treatment group.While there were 3 patients got to CR,4 to PR,and 13 as refractory in the control group.The total effective rate in treatment group was significantly higher than in the control group(65.40% vs 35.00%)(P < 0.05).Side effects were mild.All patients could tolerate this therapy.Conclusion :Kunxian Capsule combined with prednisone therapy is effective and safe in patients with refractory nephritic syndrome.更多还原
