【摘要】 目的:探讨二苯乙烯苷(TSG)对糖尿病大鼠心功能、心室重塑、血浆心钠素(ANP)、血管紧张素AⅠ、血管紧张素AⅡ水平的影响。方法:将W ister大鼠分为正常对照组,糖尿病高脂饮食组,糖尿病高脂饮食+二苯乙烯苷小剂量(10 mg/kg.d)干预组,糖尿病高脂饮食+二苯乙烯苷大剂量(20 mg/kg.d)干预组。16周后,用超声心动图观察心功能,放射免疫法测定血浆ANP、血管紧张素AⅠ、血管紧张素AⅡ的水平。结果:二苯乙烯苷可改善糖尿病大鼠心功能及心室重塑指标,降低ANP、血管紧张素AⅠ、血管紧张素AⅡ水平,减轻心肌负荷。结论:二苯乙烯苷对糖尿病大鼠心肌微血管病变有一定的防治作用。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective:To study the preventive effect of tetrahydroxystilbene glucoside(TSG)on cardiac function,ventricular remodeling and atrial natriuretic factor(ANP),angiotensinⅠ,angiotensinⅡcontent in experimental diabetes rats.Methods: Male Wistar rats were divided into 4 group: normal control(n=10),diabetic rats with high-fat diet(n=10),diabetic rats with high-fat diet plus TSG(10 mg/kg·d,n=10),diabetic rats with high-fat diet plus TSG(20 mg/kg·d,n=10).All the rats were feed for 12 weeks,Doppler echocardiography was adopted to determine the cardiac function,and the ANP,angiotensinⅠ,angiotensinⅡin serum was assayed by radio-immunoassy.Results: TSG improved the parameters of cardiac function and ventricular remodeling in diabetes(P<0.05).Compared with diabetic rats with high-fat diet group,TSG decreased significantly serum ANP,angiotensinⅠ,angiotensinⅡcontent.Concluse: TSG has preventive effect on myocardiopathy in experimental diabetic rats.更多还原
