【摘要】 目的:研究哮宁口服液的平喘、止咳、化痰和抗病毒作用,为临床治疗小儿哮喘提供依据。方法:采用离体气管螺旋条法观察哮宁口服液对气管平滑肌的松弛作用;采用氨水致小鼠咳嗽观察哮宁口服液对2min内咳嗽次数的影响;采用小鼠呼吸道酚红分泌实验观察哮宁口服液祛痰作用;采用体外抗病毒实验观察哮宁口服液对腺病毒3型(Adv3)、7型(Adv7)和呼吸道合胞病毒(RSV)的致细胞病变作用的影响。结果:离体气管螺旋条实验显示哮宁口服液20mg生药/ml、10mg生药/ml能使正常和组胺致痉的豚鼠气管螺旋条松驰;40g生药/kg和20g生药/kg能减少氨水导致小鼠咳嗽次数;增加小鼠呼吸道的酚红排泌量;体外抗病毒试验显示50mg生药/ml对3种病毒有明显抑制作用。结论:哮宁口服液具有平喘,止咳,化痰和抗病毒的药理作用。更多还原

【Abstract】 Aims:We investigated the antiasthmatic, antitussive, expectorant and antiviral effects of Xiaoning Fluid.Methods:In vitro tracheal spiral lines of guinea pig were used to observe the tracheaectasy effect of Xiaoning Fluid. Amuonia induced cough in mice was used to observe antitussive effect of Xiaoning Fluid. Phenol red secretion in mice was used to observe expectorant effect of Xiaoning Fluid. In vitro anti-viral experiment was used to observe the inhibition effect of Xiaoning Fluid on virus.Results:Xiaoning Fluid could inhibit bronchospasm indued by histamine in vitro, decrease the freguency of cough in mice caused by ammonia and increase phenol red secreation in mouse. What’s more,Xiaoning Fluid could prevent cytotoxicity induced by 3 different viruses in vitro.Conclusion:Xiaoning Fluid had antiasthmatic, antitussive,expectorant and antiviral effects, which makes it a potential TCM drug therapy for asthma.更多还原
