温胆汤对精神分裂症模型大鼠海马神经元HFS反应的影响

【摘要】 目的:研究温胆汤对精神分裂症模型大鼠海马神经元HFS反应的影响。方法:将40只SD大鼠,随机分4组,分别为正常组、模型组、温胆汤组、氯氮平组,正常组和模型组灌胃生理盐水,温胆汤组灌胃温胆汤(剂量:20ml/kg),氯氮平组灌胃氯氮平药液(浓度为1mg药量/ml,20 ml/kg),每天一次,21天后地卓西平马来酸盐(MK801)造模诱发精神分裂症模型,3天后应用ASB240U生物信号采集处理分析系统,采用10串100HZ的高频刺激(high frequent stimulate,HFS)进行大鼠海马神经元长时程动作电位增强(Long-term potentiation,LTP)诱发实验,并观测和记录诱发电位。结果:温胆汤、氯氮平起效剂量为20ml/kg,这两组大鼠的最大群峰电位(Population spike,PS)诱发成功率明显高于模型组,PS幅度有大幅增高,且可维持60min以上(P>0.05)。而模型组的大鼠PS诱发成功率明显较低,PS的幅度也相对小得多(P<0.05)。结论:温胆汤能增强精神分裂症模型大鼠海马神经元在HFS后的反应。

【Abstract】 Objective: To study the effect of high frequent stimulate on hippocampus of Wendan Decoction(WD) in rats with schizophrenia.Methods: 30 SD rats were divided three groups by random.They were normal group,model group,Wendan Decoction group and respectively.Rats in Wendan Decoction group was administered intragastrically 20g/kg WD every day.Rats in normal group and model group were administered the same volume of sodium chloride every day.It was lasting 21 days.Then the model of schizophrenic rats were created by MK801.After three days deploying ASB240U bio-signal collection management analytical system,long-term potentiation(LTP) was induced with ten 100Hz HFS.Evoked potential was surveying and recording.Results: Induction achievement ratio of model group was lower than that of normal group and WD group(P<0.05).The population spike of WD group is higher that of model group and normal group(P<0.05).Conclusion: Wendan Decoction can reinforce the hippocampus activity of schizophrenic rats stimulated by HFS.
