【摘要】 目的探讨行为诱导技术对儿童牙病患者首次牙科治疗合作程度的影响。方法用Corah’s牙科畏惧症评分法(Coarah’s dental anxiety scale,CDAS)选出110例4～6岁儿童,随机分为实验组和对照组,实验组通过行为诱导后进行首次牙科诊治,对照组采用常规法进行首次牙科诊治,分别记录两组CDAS值,并进行统计分析。结果实验组的CDAS值明显下降,治疗前后及与对照组比较差异均有统计学意义(<0.05)。结论行为诱导技术对4～6岁儿童牙科畏惧症患者首诊合作程度有很好的作用。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective To discuss the effect of behavior intervention on Children’s Cooperation Degree in Recerving Dental Services.Methods Screened 110 children from 4 to 6 by Coarah’s dental anxiety scale and divided into experimental group and control group randomly.The experimental group was proceeded the first Dental treatments after behavior induction,while,the control group was adopted routine technique for first dental treatments.Finally,recorded the value of CDAS respectively and processed the statistical analysis.Results The value of CDAS in control group drops obviously,which has statistical significance around treatment comparing with control group.Conclusion The Behavior Intervention has an commendable effect on the primary degree of cooperation of 4～6 years old children’s dental fear disorder.更多还原
